Here are the many things I've been creating the past little while...
Zucchini Bread
Cheese Herb Zucchini Biscuits
Chocolate Chip Zucchini Cookies (we obviously had an overload of zucchini from our friends' gardens, so I was trying to get creative)
Chocolate Coconut Cream Pie for one of my friend's birthdays, which she said was delicious! I was pretty excited at how pretty it turned out!
Bread...which I think I will NEVER do again! When I was making it and not knowing when it was done and having the outside burn while the inside was gooey I remembered why I never make bread.
