Hannah's Baptism
This is one of those milestones that make me feel really old....my oldest child getting baptized. Crazy!!! It was such a special day. Hannah was surrounded by so many family and friends to support her. There were about 70 people there just for her. Amazing! We felt so blessed that so many of our loved ones would travel from near and far to be with us on such a wonderful occasion. Hannah was so prepared for this day. She is such a special spirit and already has a strong testimony. She was blessed to have her daddy baptize her. We are so thankful to have a wonderful husband/dad that is a worthy priesthood holder. This was our best attempt at getting a family picture for the day.Almost everyone that was there (a few got away before we could take a picture with everyone). All of my family that was there. And Justin's side that was there. The only thing that could have made the day better was if Grandpa Bob had been here. Hannah was so sad that he passed away 2 days before her baptism. He was going to be one of the witnesses. She knows he was there in spirit, though. And luckily she had her 2 amazing grandmas there with her.We are so proud of Hannah and the decision she made to get baptized!I really wanted to get a picture of all the men that stood in the confirmation circle, but unfortunately that didn't happen, but I still wanted to list who stood in so Hannah would have that record. Justin confirmed her, and Uncle Russ Gentry, Uncle Evan Weinzinger, Uncle Trent Davidson, Uncle Nathan Prillwitz, Bishop Charles Smurthwaite, and family friends Rick Bingham and John Seamons stood in the circle with him. Here are some random pictures throughout the rest of the day...my nephew, Spencer was incharge of the camera for the luncheon following the baptism.
