Let it Snow! Let it Snow! Let it Snow!
Since Hannah had Spring Break this week we decided to take a family day trip to the snow, since the mountains have gotten some fresh snow fall lately. We bundled up all nice and warm in all our snow gear, and then ended up having to strip down (no, not completely!) because we got too hot. We went on the perfect day. It was the day after a snow fall, so the snow was nice and soft and beautiful and clean and white, and it was sunny and nice outside. I don't think I've ever seen a view like this in person before.

It was so beautiful! We went to the Cisco Grove Exit and right off the exit there's a gas station with the perfect sledding hill. (Although it didn't seem so perfect when it was time to walk back up the hill!) It was so much fun, and it was free to top it off! Can't beat that. Here are the cuties all bundled up and ready to go.

Then it was sledding time. I didn't get any pictures of anyone actually going down the hill, just getting ready to go.
And Ava enjoying an icy cold snack.
And finally, Daddy decided to end the day by helping the kids build a giant snowman. It was the biggest snowman I've ever seen. It was pretty awesome!
Did you notice the snowballs in Landon's hands? That was by far his favorite part of the day. He threw snowballs at everyone the entire time we were there. It was pretty funny!
