German Pancakes

A couple of weeks ago I decided to make german pancakes, since we had lots of eggs. I have made them like once before, and I do remember them puffing up while they're cooking, but something went wrong here...Any ideas? The kids thought it was pretty cool looking, but were hesitant to eat it. Then they tried it and couldn't get enough! They were pretty tasty, but next time I'll have to work on my presentation.
